Driven by a lifelong passion for sport, fitness, and wellbeing, founder Claire established CK Wellbeing to help others live healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling lives.
With a career that has spanned working with and for a diverse range of clients, Claire has developed a deep understanding of the different challenges people face when it comes to maintaining their health and confidence.
Her desire to make a real difference — supporting others to improve their wellbeing, build resilience, and get the most out of life — is at the heart of everything CK Wellbeing stands for.


How did it all begin?
Claire’s passion for sport and wellbeing began early, with running at the heart of it. In her 30s, she began competing, achieving championship level at the London Marathon before discovering a love for trails and ultra-distances.
Her career journey — from the corporate world to the voluntary sector and into healthcare and wellness — has given her a deep understanding of how to support people from all walks of life. Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2016, Claire has built a comprehensive approach to wellbeing through continued training in triathlon coaching, GP exercise referral, nutrition and weight management, cognitive behaviour change, mindfulness, and breath-work.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she joined the NHS in Dorset, leading an enhanced staff wellbeing service for over 50,000 frontline workers across NHS Trusts, councils, and care settings — providing vital support during an incredibly challenging time.
These experiences shaped the creation of CK Wellbeing, founded on Claire’s belief that true health comes from balance — combining movement, mindset, and self-care. Her mission is simple: to help people feel strong, confident, and well at every stage of life.
