Group Outdoor Fitness Sessions
Experience a dynamic mix of cardio, strength, and conditioning designed for all fitness levels. Our early morning outdoor sessions run throughout the summer in the park or at the beach - a perfect start to your day! Sessions are designed to help you build strength, boost endurance, protect mobility, and stay flexible for life.
Each week is your opportunity to challenge yourself, move with purpose, and feel stronger — physically and mentally. Whether you’re training on the beach or in the park, you’ll get fitter, leaner, and more confident in a supportive, energising environment.
