We work with people at every level of fitness, from complete beginners to those focusing on improving sporting performance to achieve that personal best!

HEALTH
ASSESSMENTS

An initial Health Assessment will help to identify where you can make some positive lifestyle changes and understand what may be holding you back and what challenges you may be facing to address your health and fitness goals. â€‹

Our Assessments can look at your physical fitness, lifestyle habits and mental wellbeing, with the use of approved tools to gage where you are currently and where you can make improvements.

Assessments can be completed at the beginning and the end of interventions, or periodically in between to review progress and ensure the approach is right for the individual.

We offer far more than just fitness programmes and training plans for individuals. How we exercise, what and when we eat, and how we maintain a positive mindset through self-care are incredibly important for long term health.

It's easy to become complacent about your own health & fitness, and with our busy lifestyle and demands placed on us, many people find motivating themselves hard work, or even impossible.

Wellbeing coaching doesn’t just focus on physical fitness. We delve deeper to understand behaviours, challenges and motivations, providing solutions that will work for any individual and the tools needed to stick to a plan. Our approach is not for a quick fix, but for a lifestyle change that will help individuals to get the most out of themselves at work and at home.

We know that everyone is different and has different needs and levels of ability when it comes to working on creating the healthiest body we can.

 

We never create a 'one-size fits all' plan and will work with you to develop a programme that meets your specific needs, goals and lifestyle.

Our bodies change considerably as we age, which means our physical exercise needs must change and adapt to support our long-term health for maintaining strength, flexibility and mobility through later life. Every one of us is unique, and so it is recommended that programmes are reviewed periodically along with your physical fitness to ensure that the exercises you perform are going to meet your personal needs and challenge you at the right level.

We understand that achieving and maintaining a strong, fit and healthy body can be a real challenge at any time of life and particularly for women as we navigate (peri) menopause.

 

Our bodies are constantly changing and this means our exercise, nutrition and mindset about how we look after ourselves needs to change too. Our plans will ensure you are working with your body, not against it!
