The beginning of a new month and a new season as we get closer to (dare we say,) Christmas!


Trying a new activity is a great way to boost wellbeing. In difficult times, it can also really help to see new perspectives and find new ways forward.


These darker evenings are actually a really good opportunity to take up a new hobby or try a new class or learn a new skill. There is so much going on in the winter months.

Day 1 of New Ways November - What new things are you going to try this month?

Our list... we're going to volunteer at our local Parkrun, set up a new women's wellbeing class and course, make some time to do more art and painting.
