We have been enjoying the benefits of cold water immersion for a few years now with regular sea swimming all year round. But the thought of stepping into a bath of ice terrified me, until I went to the Wim Hof Fundamentals workshop with Heather Ashley
What an incredible experience, shared with some amazing people.

With regular practice the positive effects of exposure to cold last even longer and can improve your cardiovascular circulation, reduces muscle inflammation, and facilitates weight loss, not to mention the mental health benefits.
I am fortunate to live by the sea and have this beautiful natural source right on my doorstep but you can benefit from the cold water just as much with a cold bath or shower, or even try wild swimming in a local river? You may just get hooked when you experience the feeling of exhilaration that lasts with you all day! It may feel a little out of your comfort zone, but if you don’t try, you will never know!
