Cancellation Policy

CK Wellbeing Terms & Conditions 1. Insurance and participation CK Wellbeing are covered by public liability insurance to deliver fitness instruction to the general public. By signing up to participate, you are confirming that you are fit to exercise and have authorisation from your GP as appropriate. If you have any personal health issues or concerns, please consult your GP. We want to get more people active outdoors and would love to share our stories on social media. It is possible that you may appear in some of our marketing. This won’t be every week but if you do not want to be featured, just let us know at the beginning of the session. 2. Cancellation Policy When you sign up to CK Wellbeing sessions, you are not tied into any long-term commitment like you have with many gyms. Taster sessions – Taster sessions (FOR GROUP FITNESS) are FREE, but we would love you to sign up beforehand, so we can manage numbers and know to expect you. If you book and then have to cancel, please let us know and you can re-book another time. You get one FREE taster session per person. For PAYG bookings – Pay as you go sessions should be booked online. If you can’t make the session, please cancel online at least 24 hours before the session. Anything cancelled within 24 hours will not be refunded. For Block Bookings – When you make a block booking you can book sessions for the days that suit you. All sessions must be booked within 90 days of the first session. Any sessions remaining beyond the 90 days will expire and will not be refunded. For Monthly membership - You can cancel your membership at any time with one month notice. Singe Events - Singe events booked for Fitness and wellbeing are non refundable.
